ABSTRACT As more persons are entering careers in global and international market, today’s workforce has become extremely diverse. Persons are interacting with colleagues of different nationalities, cultures, religions, and employers are expected to respect and accommodate the diversity within their organizations as long as the accommodation does not impact the company negatively. This paper discusses some of the many challenges persons face today because of their religious beliefs: discrimination, lack of accommodation and harassment. Also discussed are the legal ramifications associated with religious discrimination. Moreover, the ability of an organization to meet the future requirement of the communal while addressing the future is also crucial for the sustainability[3]. Fair-trading of the electronic materials and developing corporate responsibility make the organization aware of the betterment of the organization[7]. Leaders of Samsung, H.C. Hong, the president mentions that Samsung Smart School was initiated to foster creativity and innovation driven by the latest IT technology. Moreover, they also formulate Samsung Nanum Village for economic independence to provide low-income and underprivileged areas as a part of the corporate social responsibility that encourages the suppliers and another stakeholder to get associated with the organization. On the other hand, Apple uses 74% less aluminium and steel for the manufacturers of their products like MacPro and takes considerable steps for using fewer materials for their next products as they have used 68% less material for iMac comparative to its corresponding previous series[8].
